Hi. I am starting C25K to get in shape. I love to walk and hike but am not a runner. A group I belong to decided to participate in the Heart Run this year. It is a 5k. Although I can definitely walk this, I will try to run more than walk. This is motivation to get in shape! Although I found out yesterday, it is challenging running on icy trails! I'll see how much I can do.
