However, today I attempted to do week 5 day 3 and only managed to make it to 15:41 wich is quite disheartening. Would you recommend I redo this week or carry on to week 6? Thanks so much! When I started the program, some sessions were so difficult that I didn't 'succeed' until the FOURTH try. Believe you me, when I'd finally get over that hump, the feeling of accomplishment was GREAT!
