1grlrev Posted January 2, 2016 Report Share Posted January 2, 2016 I have ALWAYS HATED running! But as I've become more obese over the years I am wishing I could run. I have two young teens that I can't keep up with. They like to go out...and I don't - not in my current physical condition. 5'8" 320 lbs. For my build 180 is healthy. That's 140 lbs overweight! I'm carrying myself plus a whole other human being. Its time to change and get to moving! I am a single Christian paraprofessional (finance and accounting) mom. I don't have any family and my circle of friends is very small. And they do not have the same goals health wise at this point. I am hoping to connect with others that are like minded for mutual support/encouragement/accountability.
