I had labrum surgery 4yrs ago and am managing another tear. I'm active and on week 3 of the program. I've been quite tight in my hips. Things that help: a really good stretch (30 mins+) straight after my run when my muscles are warm and receptive, tennis ball releases in hips/butt/back, continuing my therapy exercises to strengthen the weak muscles.
