MoveMe Posted December 12, 2015 Report Share Posted December 12, 2015 Hello, I was wondering how most people do the training. I am on my first week and I see there are 3 workout per week. I had planned on training every other day but that would mean starting week 2 before a full calendar week had past. Do most people just start a new week or take 2 days off.
