MoveMe Posted December 12, 2015 Report Share Posted December 12, 2015 Hello, I was wondering how most people do the training. I am on my first week and I see there are 3 workout per week. I had planned on training every other day but that would mean starting week 2 before a full calendar week had past. Do most people just start a new week or take 2 days off. You can run three days a week and take two days off or you can run three workouts a week and do strength training or cross training on your off days. Adding weights and cross training to your workout keeps the body engaged and will help you burn more fat by building muscle. If you do pick to work out everyday make sure you take a rest day.
