Newbie Q on cool down

Not at all :) your basic leg stretching is always good (calves quads glutes) but I always recommend stretching hip flexors as well (you can always find good ones online or on pinterest). That can help prevent problems later on because running can cause hip pain especially in beginners. Not only that but stretching the hips can help a lot with posture even when youre not running.

Another good thing to keep loose is your back. Running can be so tough on the back so always take a little extra time to stretch that out as well.
