week two was harder than I thought.

I did w2d1 yesterday. I found myself really struggling for air on the last two jogging parts. I had to mouth breath to avoid lightheadedness... I hope it gets better. I expect to repeat some, I was hoping it would be later in the program...

Its ok! Running takes time to master like anything else. Just keep your head up and keep running :) it'll get better.
