PDXrunner Posted July 1, 2014 Report Share Posted July 1, 2014 Hey all! I am a fairly new runner, doing Couch to 5K and currently on Week 5! In the beginning, 60 seconds of running was a struggle and this week I was able to run for 8 minutes straight!
