Unfortunately with something like that or with anything really where the pain is too much you just have to wait on it. I know that sucks to hear but your body just isn't ready to go. There are tons of other ways to get a good workout in. Talk to your physical therapist about good workouts that wont irritate your back too much. They'll know what's best for you right now. Maybe a little ways down the road you'll find something that'll help you do more but right now work out in a way that's best for your body. I hope this helps.
