Running mama Posted August 30, 2015 Report Share Posted August 30, 2015 I have been running for several months now & have even completed my first 10k several weeks ago. I've lost 20lbs but I'm still struggling with my endurance & definitely my speed. I found this app & just completed wk 1 day 1 today. I'm very excited to take a different approach to my training!
