smwheeler Posted August 29, 2015 Report Share Posted August 29, 2015 I've made it to week 2 day 2 and doing well. However, I find that after the workout and cool down/stretch, I become very sleepy. I could just stretch out wherever I am and sleep for two hours. Is there something wrong? I thought I would be more energized after the exercise. You have to remember that youre just starting and your body is still getting used to the increase in activity.
