Yep the running work outs are three days a week. A lot of people do them every other day with some cross training in between. For example, monday Wednesday and friday run and Tuesday thursday Saturday do yoga or weight training. sunday rest day! Always take at least one day to rest!

Of course a lot of people run the three days in row. Its really up to you and what youre comfortable with :)
