RKillion
Hello All. Time to get my body back in shape. It's been many years since I've felt healthy. This morning I started Day 1! I'm a homeschooling/stay home Mom of two great kids. (12 and 10 years old)
rytaylor
I haven't started yet, but I'll be starting later tonight on day 1! I've never been much of a runner but I'm motivated to get fit, especially since I'm only 19 yrs old. Good luck !
Tmell
Dog and I just attempted day 1. Finished but walked during the last few runs. Should I mark this complete or do day 1 over tomorrow? i think I'll stretch better. I haven't run in a really, really long time. I want to see this to the end and not give up. rytaylor
i would do what feels best ! maybe try to do day 1 again, but if you see yourself not making much progress, go ahead and move on to day
swann02
Is there a certain number of days you should be doing it in each week or should it be a daily thing??? I just completed day one and I'm just wondering what to do next. Is it based on seven days in a week. swann02
Guest TrishE
Yep the running work outs are three days a week. A lot of people do them every other day with some cross training in between. For example, monday Wednesday and friday run and Tuesday thursday Saturday do yoga or weight training. sunday rest day! Always take at least one day to rest! Of course a lot of people run the three days in row. Its really up to you and what youre comfortable with
