Hey way to finish! Thats what's important. You pushed your self until it got hard then you pushed yourself a step farther. Thats heart :) and that will help you dominate this program

You can and you will! The body will go where the brain pushes it. Positive mind positive work out :) just keep telling yourself youre strong enough to finish (because you are look at how much you've done already) and you will.

I just finished W4D3 I did day 3 two days in a row. I do really well until the last 5minute run, but I can see a difference than when I started. I think it is more of a mental thing for me. Since I have never done anything like this before. I will take tomorrow off and then decide if I should move on to week 5 on Sunday
