I slowed down on the last run but kept going. This might be a week I have to repeat. The forum is really helping to keep me motivated. I do really well until the last 5minute run, but I can see a difference than when I started. I think it is more of a mental thing for me. Since I have never done anything like this before. It seemed a little intimidating when I first looked at it, but it actually seemed a little easier than the week 4 runs. We will see what happens on day 3. Feeling pretty good about myself now though.
