Getting a bit healthier and losing my gut

Hi there,

 

I'm not as heavy as my username would suggest but after returning to work after baby #2, I've slowly been putting on weight.  I was very tired earlier in the year and went to the doctor.  Turned out I was low on iron but they also said to get exercising to prevent heart disease and the like.  I started last Sunday and have completed week 1 today.  May need to repeat week 1 as I kept not hearing the prompts above the traffic and ended up doing a bit more walking than I should have.  But I have done it!  Yay me!
