My week 1 day 1 didn't go well today, lost my breath, felt weakness & cold, thought I would faint. I paused the app @9min timer (which includes 5min warmup). Do I need to walk and build my stamina first or can I directly start day 1 of week 1? Any suggestions on how to improve myself? Thank you. Did you eat anything before you went? I sometimes feel that way if I dont eat enough before running (eat 1-2 hours ahead of time). I say give it one more try running the segments and if you still feel bad try walking it until you feel ready to try again. Good luck!
