Has anyone else noticed a difference in their skin? I have been breaking out like crazy since the second week and it just keeps getting worse. Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, what did you do to help? I drink plenty of water every day and wash, tone, and moisturize at least twice a day also, including right after my run. Nothing helps!! I hope someone out there has a solution for me because it's driving me bonkers! A 28 year old should not have acne this bad! Thanks and happy running! Guest Lucy Posted September 6, 2014 Report Share Posted September 6, 2014 I get bad acne from running but I suffer from rosacea. Tips I've been told to do to prevent an acne attack is wash in cold water to cool skin, use a facial wash with no alcohol or perfume and drink lots of water.
