Hey guys! I am officially on my 4th week and doing great! My question is ... Has anyone else noticed a difference in their skin? I have been breaking out like crazy since the second week and it just keeps getting worse. Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, what did you do to help? I drink plenty of water every day and wash, tone, and moisturize at least twice a day also, including right after my run. Nothing helps!! I hope someone out there has a solution for me because it's driving me bonkers! A 28 year old should not have acne this bad! Thanks and happy running!

I get bad acne from running but I suffer from rosacea. Tips I've been told to do to prevent an acne attack is wash in cold water to cool skin, use a facial wash with no alcohol or perfume and drink lots of water. Also try running early in the morning or late in the evening when it's cooler. These tips might also work for standard acne.
