W1 Complete!

That was simple and less painless than the last time I remember, I only hope week 2 is the same. Last round with this, week 2 is as far as I got before I called it quits due to my sciatic so I am nervous going into this. We'll see I guess!

 

I'm already seeing body changes and I even dropped two pounds! If that's not motivation, I don't know what is!
