Thats great! Youre not a moron haha a lot of people choose to run everyday. Its totally ok if thats what your body is capable of. I know mine was not when i started. Just make sure you take one day a week to rest. I know it doesnt seem like it but its really important. Muscles are worked in the gym fed in the kitchen and built in bed. Meaning your muscles need that rest day to rebuild stronger after being torn down while you work out.
