After loosing around 40lbs I promised myself I would never let myself be over 200lbs again. Well I let myself slip and just went over the mark. Enough is enough. I am not super fond of running yet. You have to think of this as a lifestyle change and it takes a while to stick. Keep your goals in mind always, hang them on a bright colored poster where you can see them everyday.
