Hi there! Never been able to stick with a fitness plan long term. After loosing around 40lbs I promised myself I would never let myself be over 200lbs again. Well I let myself slip and just went over the mark. Enough is enough. I am not super fond of running yet. But just completed day one. I hope to be able to see it through and run a race in sept. Any tips for sticking with it?

Best tip: be patient. You will see results and you will feel much healthier but it wont happen right away. You have to think of this as a lifestyle change and it takes a while to stick. Keep your goals in mind always, hang them on a bright colored poster where you can see them everyday. This is your life you have control :) good luck!
