LLRobinett Posted July 13, 2015 Report Share Posted July 13, 2015 This is my second time of doing C25K. Three years ago, I started running (but didn't have a smart phone, so I used a watch). I hadn't run at all since I was forced to in junior high. I never did make it all the way through the program, but I finished a few 5Ks (with a lot of walking). Then, life feel apart (long story, I won't bore you with it). Now, I'm getting back in shape and making myself a priority. I weigh more than I've ever weighed before, and it's time to do something about it. I joined 9Round, a kickboxing gym, in November. I try to go 3x a week, though I rarely make it that often. Yesterday, I downloaded the C25K app and did my first "run" in 3 years. It felt fantastic. And having the app really does help. Am looking forward to this.
