tampabob91
I was doing real we until I hit week 6 day 3. Got passed 10 minutes and gave up and went home. Tried everything, slowing down but lost my breath and legs. Bummed right now. tampabob91
Guest TrishE
Please don't be i understand I really do. You gotta know that no run is ever the same. Sometimes your body just doesnt want to cooperate. Just chalk it up to a random freak occurrence and move right on to your next run. dont let it get to you! Youre not defined by your bad runs, youre defined by runs you choose to take afterwards. You got this!
djplong
Keep at it.. Some of the increases took me four of five attempts before I conquered them. It was really depressing after having the first weeks work perfectly (I think it was Week 5 where I hit my first wall). Now I'm just waiting for an injury to heal properly before doing the last two workouts of Week 8. Don't give up!
