Doing this right.

Well it has been forever since I have ran and I started using my c25k apparently again. Let's just say I have fallen in love with it all over again. I am definitely not a runner but are trying to make myself into one. I run ever morning right at 7am. The best decision I have done in awhile that's for sure. Any advice or tips you have for a new runner would be awesome and thank you in advance.

Welcome!

My two biggest points for new runners are, invest (if you can) in a good pair of running shoes, they are totally worth it and be patient with yourself. As you probably already know, you will have bad workouts now and then but any run is a good run. If you keep a positive outlook you will have a positive work out, even if it doesn't go as planned
