5ktrainee Posted July 10, 2015 Report Share Posted July 10, 2015 Hi all, I have recently started the c25k and just completed day 3 of week 5 with a 20minutes run non stop! really feeling good about this and motivated to finish my training and actually run the 5k now. tips and support all welcomed.
