Day 1 was pretty tough, day 2 was fantastic, and day 3 was today and it wasn't as easy as day 2. I ran too soon after I ate and felt sick the whole time. If you find too much go back to week 1. Great thing about this program is that you can go forward or backward its flexible around you and your journey. Best of luck!!
