Lauren Kay Posted July 9, 2015 Report Share Posted July 9, 2015 Hi, I'm Lauren. I'm 48. Kinda chubby. I love dogs, vegan food, talking about food, and good design. I'm powerless when faced with potato chips and beer. My biggest weakness is impatience. I've had to start over several times after pushing too hard and hurting my achillies, which really is my Achilles heel! So, I thought maybe talking to colleagues on this forum will help me out. I'm stuck on week 9, day one. Can't get past it—10 minutes run followed by one min. walking x 4. My goal is to just throw on a pair of shorts, a running bra and go for a nice easy 5 mike run at a nice 9:30 minute mile pace. Doesn't that sound lovely? Be right back :)" and look amazing doing it. Dont worry we will get there it may take a little but we can do it.
