no_pe81 Posted July 9, 2015 Report Share Posted July 9, 2015 Ok giving this a try! I have a bad knee so I'm taking this slow. I'm gonna listen to my body. I won't push the knee too much. But I really want to do this! So I have a question. I work three 12 hr shift nights a week. I could probably only do this 4 days out of the week. Will I still be successful?
