Guest TrishE Posted July 2, 2015 Report Share Posted July 2, 2015 Try to practice breathing to the rhythm of your footfall. I inhale when my left foot strikes then exhale when it strikes again. Sblewis Posted July 13, 2015 Report Share Posted July 13, 2015 That's an awesome tip. I will try that as well. I make a point not to breathe through my mouth if I can help it.
