If the pain is something that has impeded your normal day and youre worried about it then yes and think about making a doctor's appointment if you can. If its not, strain on your joints is normal and soreness when first starting is to be expected, i promise :) everyone feels it when beginning. Try to push through it because the joints will get stronger but if you cant its ok! Try walking the program first to give them a little step in between.
