If the pain is something that has impeded your normal day and youre worried about it then yes and think about making a doctor's appointment if you can. If its not, strain on your joints is normal and soreness when first starting is to be expected, i promise everyone feels it when beginning. Try to push through it because the joints will get stronger but if you cant its ok! Try walking the program first to give them a little step in between.
