Welcome :) congrats on seizing control of you body. I know its a scary thing to feel like you've lost it. Running is a great way to harness anxiety. Its helped me a lot.

Haven't stopped since my first post about 2 months ago.  Did redo a week or two, but just keep plugging away.  I do have something fun to report... my 11 year old son has joined me.  I started the program over to run with him, and while it has been a challenge to keep him going, it has been very worth while in a bonding and health sort of way.
