I'm curious about the recommended walking and running speeds when starting out. Any insight wpuld be apprecuated. Thanks in advance for your input. In the beginning you are building endurance so a good rule of thumb is when you run you should be able to have a conversation with someone or sing along with your music without feeling like youre going to pass out I hope this helps!
