Raenne Posted June 10, 2015 Report Share Posted June 10, 2015 I was on week three last week, but my ancle started hurting and it still is. I didn't run on Monday, so it has been five days since my last run. I tried with another pair of shoes, but the pain is still there. Any tips on how to strengthen the ancle ?
