Ancle pain

I was on week three last week, but my ancle started hurting and it still is. I didn't run on Monday, so it has been five days since my last run. I tried with another pair of shoes, but the pain is still there. Any tips on how to strengthen the ancle ? I just walked today, which is also painful, but not quite as much as running.

AW no Im sorry! Joint pain is a tough thing to work through. If your pain is impeding your daily activities then you should talk to a doctor if you can. If you want before then to try a light ankle brace and ice it before and after. Keep your pace slow as you can and take some ibuprofen if theres any additional swelling. It helps with pain as well. Yes it does, I get that in my knees quite a bit especially after a tough day. I wish I could tell you what it was haha I do yoga quite a bit which helps a lot. Its my one true love.
