rr13
I have several friends who run and say this is a great way to build confidence and get into shape. I'm 48 and was diagnosed with osteoporosis when I was 35. Can I still do this program and eventually run? I keep reading different opinions. Guest TrishE
Welcome rr13! My advice when starting an exercise program, especially with any exigent circumstances, is to talk to your doctor if you can. He or she knows your body best and can consult you on whats best for your body. If you dont have a doctor and youve done your research start off slowly and see how your body reacts after a week or so on the program and decide how to move forward from there. I hope this helps and I hope you start running soon. Best of luck!
