Newbie with (probably) dumb question

Hi there! I've read good reviews of the app so thought I'd give it a try. 34yo mom of three, progressively getting in better shape after years of not doing consistent exercise. Started running again two weeks ago and I have a marked trail near my house... I'm running a 13min mile and consistently run for 20mim and feel pretty good, although breathing is heavy, no way I could jog and have a conversation. Wondering if you'd recommend I still start at Week 1, Day 1?

Sounds like youre off to a great start! Its really up to you in the end and what you feel comfortable doing but if you ask me I would go ahead and skip to w5d3 which has you run for a 20 minute segment. It drops back in week six but you can work on pace during that time. Ive never experienced it but I feel like to if you start from day one you may lose the endurance youve built up to this point. It's a pretty fragile thing when first starting.
