Chris B Posted June 1, 2015 Report Share Posted June 1, 2015 I feel kind of nervous, especially conscious of what I might look like running out at the lake near our house. That's why I'm doing it early this morning. Hopefully I can overcome my anxiety. Also, with my flat feet, I hope I don't injure myself. A couple of days ago I bought a pair of Dr. Schools custom orthotics to go in my Brooks. I'll start out stretching of course, especially since my calves have been burning from just walking. I wear an oversized hoodie and baggy shorts or sweats. I am the biggest I have ever been so I understand the anxiety. Keep it up though, you will start to loose the weight and gain your confidence back!! I know I will too! Yes, Epsom salt baths are AMAZING!!
