I've been working out (again) for 6 weeks now & I really want to be inspired to Run a 5k (10 years ago I walked on a 1/2 Marathon- ) & to want to do this more than just once ... This time my daughter is on board with me & I love technology - so I hope .....along with support from my trainer ,my daughter, my Fitbit ,this app & the desire to lose 50 lbs once & for all.... that I can accomplish this goal - wish me luck!

Thanks for the support .. I did week 1 day 1 & it was not easy to run for an entire 60 seconds - more like 45-then 35 then 30 but still went farther In 30 min than the Usual so my pace was faster all the way around ... I'm psyched for tomorrow & even if I can go a bit farther each time I'll feel a sense of accomplishment !
