Be patient with your body jiliebean! I know its tough but you really cant place a lot of faith in the number on the scale. You've just started the program and your body will take a little time to realize what is happening. My weight fluctuates anywhere from one pound to three lost or gained depending on my week. Just keep running and eating healthy and drinking water. No matter what the scale says if you do these three things you are making yourself healthier. Its a long journey but definitely worth it.
