jilliebean Posted May 22, 2015 Report Share Posted May 22, 2015 Just finished w1d3 and I have gained 3 pounds! Is this normal? Can it be muscle? I have not done anything different with eating habits but I really expected to lose weight. I know muscle weighs more than fat but it's a little discouraging to show a gain. Guest TrishE Posted May 23, 2015 Report Share Posted May 23, 2015 Be patient with your body jiliebean! I know its tough but you really cant place a lot of faith in the number on the scale. You've just started the program and your body will take a little time to realize what is happening. My weight fluctuates anywhere from one pound to three lost or gained depending on my week. Just keep running and eating healthy and drinking water. No matter what the scale says if you do these three things you are making yourself healthier. Its a long journey but definitely worth it.
