Newbie on Week 5

Hello;

 

Im Christina and Im new to this forum. I started the C25K app 5 weeks ago and this morning I will be doing Week 5 Day 2. I run slower than I walk and I am perfectly ok with that. I find that I last longer with running when I go slow. I'm a little nervous about Wk5 Day 3, but I'm going to remain positive and I know I will be able to run the full 20 minutes with out walking. I have read quite a few posts in the forum and I have been so encouraged to continue on with C25K....I'm planning to do a 5K in July.

Best of luck to you! I know week 5 day three can be kind of daunting but dont worrk just keep your head up, get some great music to zone out to and try your best. You can do it!
