Guest hannah Posted January 14 Report Share Posted January 14 I started running 5 weeks ago. I'm on week 5 day 3. It says I'm supposed to run 2 miles, in 20 minutes on my next run. I've been pushing myself at 4 miles an hour, and in order to run 2 miles in 20 minutes you would have to go 6 mph. Should I restart the whole thing and start going 6 mph?
