Its ok that happens :) More stretching cant hurt, make sure youre drinking lots of water too. If youre legs are still cramping you can always look into better shoes. My advice to those beginning a running program is to invest in a great pair of shoes because they are totally worth it. They are expensive though so if you dont wanna make that jump try stretching and staying super hydrated.
