Elvis2507 Posted May 13, 2015 Report Share Posted May 13, 2015 Hi I started c25k back in January and started off really well, running 2 or 3 times a week and really enjoyed it. Got up to week 4 and had a chest infection and due to work commitments have stopped running, coupled with the fact that my right ankle is hurting not long into my work out. I tried to go back at the stage I stopped and really suffered, I really want to run again - not sure if I can. What do I do about my ankle?
