Guest TrishE
Welcome Lorraine89 Yes pain in the thighs is normal too. Running is total body work out so you will feel pain in places you never thought existed sometimes depending on your runs that week. As you continue to run and rest your muscles are tearing down and rebuilding themselves stronger so normally pain like that goes away. However if the pain gets to be so it is hard to walk or do daily activities are you are worried about it please talk to a doctor. I used to take two advil before a run (after giving it time to kick in, about an hour or so) and that helped me when my body was hurting. Good luck I hope this helpsĀ
