KTAS Posted May 8, 2015 Report Share Posted May 8, 2015 I started this exercise a couple of weeks ago. I am at the minute unable to walk as my legs are so painful! Is there anything I can do to help the aching go away? I have tried Deep Heat but after a few minutes I am aching AGAIN. Any ideas?? Please??
