congrats on all you hard work ja-kiki!

Week five is definitely a test but dont let it scare you :) visualize and conquer, it sounds silly but trust me it helps a lot. Take it one minute at a time.

Thanks TrishE. That means a lot. I'm pretty focused, and determined. But when I read ahead it was shocking...lol. I've never been a runner, this is something I always wanted to do but never did. My mother has been a huge motivational factor for me and she doesn't realize it. She's only 62 with a lot of health problems and I refuse to like that when I am her age. When I want to quit, I think of her!

Family is a great motivator, whether they realize it or not haha Keep your head and music up and pound it out :) You can do it! Remember worst case scenario is you try again. Ive said it a million times but any run is a good run and gets your body that much closer to your goal.
