Week five is definitely a test but dont let it scare you visualize and conquer, it sounds silly but trust me it helps a lot. Take it one minute at a time. I've never been a runner, this is something I always wanted to do but never did. My mother has been a huge motivational factor for me and she doesn't realize it. Remember worst case scenario is you try again. Ive said it a million times but any run is a good run and gets your body that much closer to your goal.
