New to 10K Trainer

Hello. So this is my attempt at getting back into running seriously after having a knee injury last year and then gaining 25+lbs. I'm doing the program with a friend in another city, and now that my knee is mostly better I'm looking to running a 10k by the beginning of August. Long term we are looking to do a 10k race next spring together. Any suggestions are welcomed! Have fun everyone!
