Cylver Posted April 21, 2015 Report Share Posted April 21, 2015 Hello. So this is my attempt at getting back into running seriously after having a knee injury last year and then gaining 25+lbs. I'm doing the program with a friend in another city, and now that my knee is mostly better I'm looking to running a 10k by the beginning of August.
