chrissy Posted April 20, 2015 Report Share Posted April 20, 2015 Hi ya all. Chrissy here. I am 43 years old. About 5'1" 120 pounds.I started c25k last monday..I am doing each day twice. I have ran already 5 times..I feel great and am so proud I am doing it...but I feel if I could get my breathing under control I could do better any advice?
