ronin182
Advice please! Between one thing and another I've been away from the 10k plan for about 3 weeks, having gone as far as Week 3, Day 2. Should I take a few steps back to get back into it? I've been cycling a good bit in the meantime - I cycle an 8k round trip to and from work minimum 3 days a week, so I don't feel like I've lost any momentum fitness-wise. Guest TrishE
hello ronin182! No worries on your time out of the program. Being flexible around life and its happenings is necessary to make this lifelong journey to the healthiest you. My advice always is give the day you left a try. So do w3d2 and see how your body does. If you find it too difficult start going back one day at a time until you find the day you can do and start from there. However you may surprise yourself and may be able to start where you left off. Good luck! I hope you keep us posted on how it goes.
