completely new to running

Hello,I can't believe I ran 20 mins non stop today in my wk5/4. Its been amazing. Never ran for a full 2 mins without gasping! Can I take the next 3 days off and continue from wk6? Any tips on how to survive the next weeks will be greatful. BTW,been following the motivations of people on the forums and it has really helped me so far!thanks all.

 

Looking forward to running 5k. I have paid for the pro to support Zen Labs.

Congrats!! 

You can do whatever you want to do :) be careful though. Speaking from experience, going three days in between runs can be tough when you start back up again. Everybody is different though so you may be just fine. Youve certainly earned it.
